Welcome to Dateable. By using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Dateable is a mobile application that helps users generate witty and personalized conversation starters, bios, and replies based on profile details or images using artificial intelligence. By accessing or using the Dateable app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Dateable offers both free and premium features. Premium access is available through an auto-renewing subscription (Dateable Pro).
Payment will be charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play Store account settings at any time.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use Dateable only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the app to harass, impersonate, or mislead others.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the app.
Use content generated by Dateable for harmful, unlawful, or offensive purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Child Safety

Dateable, developed and published by Harrymax, maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The following are strictly prohibited:

Any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)
Creating, sharing, uploading, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Soliciting, grooming, or attempting to engage with minors
Sexualization of minors in any form
Misrepresenting age or identity to interact with minors

Users must be 18 years or older to use Dateable. Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities. For full details, please see our Child Safety Standards.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or provide to Dateable. However, by using the app, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of processing it through our AI providers to deliver and improve the service.

6. Disclaimer

Dateable is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of any suggestions, bios, or messages generated by the app's AI.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dateable and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its generated content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing them periodically.
